• Pruning and removal of branches

• Minor repair with a 120 volt arc welder

• Trimming, pruning and removal of branches

• Mirror, decoration and hardware installation / removal

• Smoke detector installation, replacement and inspection

• Gutter unblocking, gutter downspout adjustment and repair

• Slabbing trees already on the ground and cutting down small and medium-sized trees

• Adjustment, maintenance and repair of exterior and interior door mechanisms, cabinets,
  wardrobes, garages, patio screens and windows.

Service limitations​

• 2 hours maximum

• Residential service only

• No intervention on the roofs

• Work with ladder limited to a height of 13 feet / 4 meters from the ground

• Exterior structure assembly

• Renovation and construction

• Caulking, sanding, painting and staining

• Intervention related to electricity and plumbing 

• Window air conditioner and TV wall bracket installation

Liability insurance

The services are covered by a $ 2,000,000 corporate liability insurance.

Labor: $ 20 / 15 minutes
Travel fee: $ 50 + $ 0.75 / km
